How we like to work with you

• You contact us via your price quote request, call or email Mark.
• We gather as much information before we meet, like expectations, budget, area etc.
• We meet, ask simple specific questions and give free advice if you want a little help.
• We prepare a price quote for you, which includes:
  • Areas you want painted or decorated.
  • Specifications of what we are going to do in each area
  • A start and just as important a finish date
  • Our payment plan
  • Colour scheme, paint brand – if you haven’t decided we’ll get you test pots
  • Best Practice Process and the opportunity to talk to one of our customers
• You confirm that you’re happy and when you’d like to start.
• Invoices will be emailed or hand-delivered as per the payment plan.
• We will clean and tidy areas where the team have worked (during & at the end)
• At the conclusion we like to catch up on-site and jointly inspect the work and sign-off on the job.

Throughout this process we will be in regular contact to ensure you are happy with progress, work standards and/or to discuss any changes you may wish to make.
